Turn prop firms into an income stream — not the other way around.

TradeHarbor is a trading journal built by prop traders, for prop traders. It knows every major firm's rules, shows your odds of passing before you buy another evaluation, and tracks exactly what prop trading costs you and pays you.

What's inside

The tools prop traders actually need

A journal is where it starts. TradeHarbor is built around the questions that decide whether prop trading pays you: which firm fits how you trade, how close you are to busting or getting paid, and whether the fees are worth it.

Know your odds before the next eval

The pass simulator replays your own trades against every firm's evaluation rules thousands of times, and shows how often you'd pass, bust, or run out of time, and why.

Every firm's rules, built in

Pick your firm, plan, and size (Topstep, Apex, Lucid, Tradeify, MFFU, Earn2Trade and eight more) and your drawdown, daily limit, target, and consistency rules are set up and tracked from every trade.

Payout readiness

See exactly what's left before your next payout: buffer, qualifying days, cycle profit, and payout consistency, counted from your last payout.

An honest prop P&L

Log evaluation fees, resets, and payouts to see what prop trading has really cost you and paid you, firm by firm and account by account.

Imports from your platform

Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, TopstepX, Quantower, Sierra Chart, and more: whole trades or individual fills, paired into trades for you. Duplicates are skipped and any import can be undone.

Journal and analytics

Equity curve, win rate, profit factor, R-multiples, and breakdowns by setup, symbol, and hour, plus a P&L calendar, screenshots, and a daily journal with a pre-session check-in.

A mirror for your habits

Set your own rules and TradeHarbor flags every trade that broke one: revenge entries, sizing up after a loss, trading past your limit. Then it shows what those trades cost you.

Research before you risk it

Test rules like a daily stop or a trading window on your real trades, backtest strategy templates on your own ProjectX price history, and forward-test them on new sessions.

Built for prop traders

Stop doing drawdown math in your head

Pick your firm's plan once, or enter custom rules. Every trade you log or import updates your balance, your trailing threshold, and how much room you have left today.

  • End-of-day and intraday trailing drawdowns that stop where your firm stops them
  • Daily loss limits that pause you for the session, or fail the account, the way each firm enforces them
  • Profit target and consistency progress on every evaluation
  • Payouts that lower your balance, and lock your floor on plans that work that way
Why TradeHarbor exists

Built by traders, for traders

We trade futures through prop firms ourselves. The model is simple: you pay for evaluations, and a lot of traders keep paying for resets, activation fees, and new accounts without ever reaching a payout. The firms do fine either way.

TradeHarbor exists to flip that. Know the rules cold, see your real odds before you buy the next evaluation, track exactly how far you are from a payout, and keep an honest ledger of what prop trading costs you and pays you. It's the tool we wanted on our own desks, and we use it on our own accounts.

We answer to traders, not advertisers: no ad budget, no data deals, no marketing list. If something's wrong or missing, email support@tradeharbor.co. Every message is read by a trader on our team, and it shapes what we build next.

Our promise

  • Your data is yours. Export it or delete it whenever you want.
  • No marketing lists. We email you about your account and your invite, nothing else.
  • Never sold or shared. Not with prop firms, brokers, advertisers, or anyone else.
  • No ads, no tracking you across the web. Just a cookie that keeps you signed in.
  • We never place trades. Broker connections are optional and read-only, with your key encrypted. We can't place, change, or cancel an order.
Trading psychology

Most accounts don't fail on the setup

They fail on the trade after the loss, the size-up to get it back, the fifth trade on a day you planned two. Willpower doesn't hold up under that pressure. Measuring it does.

  • Your own rules, with every broken one flagged and costed
  • A tilt score for every day, and a discipline score over time
  • Patterns found in your own trades: after a loss, trade number of the day, holding losers, giving back gains
  • A pre-session check-in (sleep, stress, focus) matched against how the day went
  • Playbooks with checklists, a missed-trade log, and mistake and emotion tags with their price
  • For every failed account: what actually happened that day

FAQ

Questions

How do I get access?

TradeHarbor is in a private beta while we make sure it holds up with real traders' data. Join the waitlist below and we'll email you an invite as spots open. Prop firm traders and people who can share their platform's trade export get priority, since that's what we're focused on.

What will it cost?

There's a Free plan for one account, with the journal, imports, prop rules tracking and the Pass simulator. Pro is $24 a month or $199 a year and adds unlimited accounts, broker auto-import and alerts, payout tracking, the Prop P&L ledger, Mindset and the research tools. The first 100 subscribers get 40% off for as long as they stay subscribed. See pricing.

Does TradeHarbor connect to my broker or place trades?

TradeHarbor never places, modifies, or cancels orders. Most traders bring trades in with a CSV export or enter them by hand. On Pro you can also connect your broker to import trades automatically: TopstepX and the other ProjectX firms today, with Tradovate, Interactive Brokers and Alpaca in beta. Connections are read-only, your credentials are encrypted, and you can remove them any time.

Which brokers and platforms can I import from?

Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic R|Trader, TopstepX and the other ProjectX firms, Quantower, Sierra Chart, TradingView, and Interactive Brokers are recognized automatically. Any other CSV of closed trades or individual fills works too: you match its columns once and the mapping is remembered. Fills are paired into trades for you.

How accurate is the prop account drawdown tracking?

It's calculated from your closed trades. Firms that trail the drawdown on intraday unrealized highs can put your real threshold higher than a closed-trade calculation shows, so always confirm against your firm's own dashboard before you trade.

Will you spam me or sell my email?

No. Your email is used for your account and your invite, and that's it. There's no marketing list and no newsletter you didn't ask for, and we never sell or share your data with anyone: not prop firms, not brokers, not advertisers.

Is my trading data private?

Yes. Your data is only visible to you, is never sold, and can be exported or permanently deleted from Settings at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Who's behind TradeHarbor?

Futures traders who trade prop accounts ourselves, and got tired of paying for evaluations without a clear picture of the rules, the odds, or the real cost. TradeHarbor is operated by Constellation Strategic Capital LLC. Questions, bugs, or ideas: email support@tradeharbor.co or use the feedback button in the app, and a trader on our team reads it.

Is this financial advice?

No. TradeHarbor is a record-keeping and analytics tool. It doesn't recommend trades or strategies, and nothing in it is investment, tax, or financial advice.
