One avoided reset covers months of Pro
Across the 34 50K evaluation plans at the 14 firms we track, the median list price is $170, and the median reset (where firms sell one) is $109. An evaluation is lost by breaking one of its rules: a daily loss limit, a trailing drawdown, a consistency cap. Pro watches those rules for every account you run, warns you as you get close, and shows the habits behind your worst days, so you can decide before the next reset instead of after it.

Pro connects to your broker through its API, so TradeHarbor pulls your fills automatically every 15 minutes during the session, checks them against your firm's rules and your own, and warns you while there's still room to stop. Plan questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial needs no payment details, and when it ends you move to the Free plan automatically. You're only charged if you choose Pro.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit. It covers one active account with unlimited trades, the journal, imports, core analytics, prop rules tracking and the Pass simulator.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You keep the Free plan: one account you can keep adding trades to, with the others read-only. Everything can still be viewed and exported.
Is sales tax added?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout only where it applies to you, and checkout shows it before you pay.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings → Plan & billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
How does founding-member pricing work?
The first 100 subscribers get 40% off, kept for as long as their subscription stays active. It's applied at checkout automatically while spots remain.
Which brokers can auto-import?
TopstepX and the other ProjectX firms today, with Tradovate, Interactive Brokers and Alpaca in beta. Every major platform's CSV export works on both plans. Connections are read-only: TradeHarbor never places, changes or cancels orders.
What does early access include?
As deep backtesting, active risk management, strategy automation and the no-code strategy builder reach beta, Pro members can try them first. They're in development, so we don't promise dates, and they aren't part of what your subscription pays for today. Anything that acts on your account will be opt-in and built to respect your prop firm's rules.
